Refunds After Product Delivery

Expired Products & Subscriptions

Refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • The warranty period has ended.
  • The customer has received the full duration of the purchased service.

Refund Calculation Method

For eligible refund requests after delivery, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on:

  • Total subscription duration.
  • Days already used.
  • Remaining warranty period.
  • Product usage history.

Nexus Tech PK reserves the right to determine the final refundable amount after reviewing the order and product activity.

Physical Products

Refund & Return Eligibility

Customers may request a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item is delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from the description shown on the website.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:
